The Rolls Royce Phantom

Alright, let’s talk about the Rolls-Royce Phantom — this thing is the absolute pinnacle of luxury, isn’t it? When it came out in 2003, it was the first Rolls built under BMW ownership, and they absolutely nailed it.

This car revived the brand, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern tech. You know they still hand-build these in Goodwood, right? Pure British class.

In 2007, they even chopped the roof off!

Under the bonnet? A 6.75L V12 that makes 453hp and 531 lb-ft of torque. It’s not about outright speed, but it still does 0-60 mph in 5.7 seconds — and this thing weighs nearly 2.5 tonnes! But here’s the thing: it’s so smooth you’d never feel it. Rolls calls it a "magic carpet ride," and honestly, I can’t see that they’re exaggerating.

And then we have the heritage - this car carries over a century of Rolls-Royce prestige. Did you know the Spirit of Ecstasy mascot was first introduced in 1911? And the Phantom lineage dates back to 1925.

They’ve always been a symbol of ultimate luxury, and this 2003 model brought it into the 21st century with things like suicide doors and umbrellas hidden in the doors. How cool is that?

If you managed to guess today’s car correctly, guess what!! Gold star for you! ⭐️

As always, if you have anything to say about the Phantom, or in fact, any of the cars you’ve seen so far, let me know by hitting the ‘Reply’ button.

Can you win tomorrow’s gold star? Only time will tell! 😉

Love,
